This policy applies to visitors to our website at daoreuangs.club, guests who make reservations by phone or email, and anyone who contacts us for information.

Legal basis: Data is processed under contractual necessity (to fulfil your reservation), legitimate interest (shuttle coordination and flight monitoring) and consent (where you have opted into communications).
Retention: Reservation records are kept for 3 years following your stay for accounting and dispute purposes, then securely deleted.

- Coordinating airport shuttle pickup and drop-off
- Monitoring flight status to adjust services around delays
- Sending booking confirmation and pre-arrival information

We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent. We do not sell or share your data with advertising networks.

We share personal data only in limited circumstances:
- Thai government authorities: Guest registration is required under Thai hotel law (Hotel Act B.E. 2547). Name and passport or ID details may be submitted to local authorities as required.
- Email service providers: We use a third-party email platform to send booking confirmations. These providers process data only on our instruction.
- Analytics tools: We may use anonymised website analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand site traffic. No personal identity is shared.
We do not share your data with any other third parties without your prior consent.
5. Data Protection Measures
We take reasonable precautions to protect the personal data we hold:
- Our website uses HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Reservation records are stored on password-protected systems
- Only staff who need access to complete your booking can view your details
- Paper records are stored in a locked filing area and disposed of securely
